GMC was named Highest Satisfaction Popular Brand in AutoPacific’s 18th annual Vehicle Satisfaction Awards.

AutoPacific’s annual Vehicle Satisfaction Award (VSA) measures owner satisfaction in areas ranging from interior comfort and convenience to fuel economy and performance. The awards are based on the firm’s survey of more than 92,000 vehicle owners. The VSAs are different, in that regard, to many other auto quality awards. The winners are not chosen by some automotive critic, but by real life customers; making the award a highly sought-after honor.

AutoPacific states on their website, “AutoPacific VSAs are very different from other automotive awards that concentrate on reliability or quality to the exclusion of how satisfied owners are with their vehicle. AutoPacific VSAs are the industry benchmark for objectively measuring how satisfied an owner is with their new vehicle. Respondents rate 50 attributes for importance in the purchase decision and satisfaction after purchase.”
