GMC’s total sales are 20%, putting the auto maker on track to have its best sales year since 2007 (before the hit of the recession). GMC’s November U.S. retail sales were up 25% year over year, making it the best November since 2004. A key component to GMC's success, the GMC Acadia midsize crossover has led the charge in sales.
